A unique opportunity that allowed me to discover interlocutors engaged and passionate about their profession and the desire to improve everyone&rsquo;s daily life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/img_5516.jpg\" alt=\"img_5516\" class=\"wp-image-1263\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Frenzy. This is the first word that came to mind when I entered the Hangar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/neonyt_jan20__dsc9497_presse.jpg\" alt=\"neonyt_jan20__DSC9497_presse\" class=\"wp-image-1322\" width=\"406\" height=\"270\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><span style=\"color: var(--color-text);\">Unique encounters and inspiring stories. The idea was to capture some photos of looks highlighting several eco-responsible brands. Robert, founder of HempAge had a simple goal. Give it to others. His motivation and selflessness, which he demonstrated with various NGOs, attracted to him nature, which ended up being his best sidekick. Hemp, a cannabis-derived plant, has many advantages in medicine as well as in clothing. It is a complex subject to use and that is what attracted the founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their collec<\/em>t<\/strong>ion: As clear as the name of their brand, (Hemp &#8211; Hemp), the garments are mainly composed of hemp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color:#90b2b2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The \u00ab\u00a0empowered\u00a0\u00bb brands<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\"><a style=\"color: #3d5549;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/bridgeandtunnel.de\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#90b2b2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Bridge &#8211; Tunnel<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/img_5327.jpg\" alt=\"img_5327\" class=\"wp-image-1283\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Constanze and Hanna worked together in a textile workspace in Williamsburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">They heard about a Turkish sewing workshop and decided to invite it one a month to their workspace.\u00a0\u00bb Thi<em>s workshop was open once a week on Wednesday mornings. Who has time to go to work on a very early Wednesday morni<\/em>ng?\u00a0\u00bb says Constanze. <br>Amazed by the quality of their work, they decide to merge their talent with their idea of <strong>upcycling<\/strong>. This denim is recovered from large garment recovery factories, the equivalent of the rela<a href=\"http:\/\/lerelais.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">y or t<\/a>he f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafibredutri.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iber of sorting<\/a> in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Thei<\/em>r<\/strong> own: Bridge &#8211; Tunnel brings a social dimension by welcoming refugees who have just arrived in Germany to their production team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abeautifulstory.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\">A Beautiful Story<\/span><\/a><br><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/team-producers-beautiful-story.jpg\" alt=\"beautiful story team producers\" class=\"wp-image-1347\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Cathelijne Lania, the founde<\/strong>r, needed to change her life.\u00a0 She wanted to do something that made more sense than marketing coffee to shareholders. One day, his mother called him. Their friend, who ran a metallurgical factory in Nepal, was forced to lock the door. There was not enough work to provide. As<br>a result, a dozen employees were at risk of losing their jobs. For Cathelijne, it was a sign. She couldn&rsquo;t leave these women unemployed. So she went to Nepal and bought several jewels without knowing exactly where it will take her. She told this story to several groups of people who pushed her to create Be<strong>autiful Story<\/strong>. And today this story has seduced hundreds of thousands of people.\u00a0 Her jewellery is present in more than 600 stores across Europe and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their collection<\/em>:<\/strong> Each stone has its own way of healing and or spreading a positive energy. Some bring courage, others previous peace or protection. These different stones can be found in bracelets, necklaces, or earrings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their<\/em> p<\/strong>lus: The brand allows more than 20 employees to have healthy working conditions and provide for their primary needs for themselves and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/anzueglich.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anzueglich<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/anzueglich-bawi-and-jennifer-at-neonyt-berlin.png\" alt=\"anzueglich Bawi and Jennifer at Neonyt Berlin\" class=\"wp-image-1315\" width=\"460\" height=\"613\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">In 2007, Bawi, founder of Anzueglich, decided to create her own brand. But she didn&rsquo;t want to do it anyhow. She wanted her clothes to be designed under several conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">&#8211; Made from organic materials <br>&#8211; a production line where the carbon footprint is minimized<br> &#8211; ensure that its employees work in the right conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">She decided to go to Peru where she heard about an NGO that included a workshop of deaf seamstresses. She went to meet them and began to communicate about the designs she wanted. Proof here that passion and technique can be transmitted and reproduced despite disabilities.<br> Today, Bawi works with 20 employees in Peru and 6 in Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Their collec<\/em>t<\/strong>ion: The main materials used are organic cotton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Their<\/em> p<\/strong>lus: Thanks to its brand, employees benefit from social protection and a decent wage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/juanariasclothing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\">Juan Arias<\/span><\/a><br><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan grew up surrounded by a family of artisans who have always worked in the textile industry. So it is almost natural that he decides to create his own brand provided that it respects certain values: ecological and ethical from the point of view of suppliers, employees, seamstresses and consumers. A gamble tha<br>t he succeeds by associating with craftsmen with which he has developed an almost fraternal relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><img class=\"  wp-image-1353 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/img_5230.jpg\" alt=\"No More Plastic t-shirt\" width=\"487\" height=\"365\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their collectio<\/em><\/strong>n: Clothes are made from pima, a cotton that has been used for more than 5000 years and comes from Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ngo-shoes.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">N&rsquo;Go Shoes<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/ngo-shoes-at-neonyt.jpg\" alt=\"Ngo Shoes at Neonyt\" class=\"wp-image-1297\" width=\"410\" height=\"546\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">After working in several NGOs, Kevin <strong>and R<\/strong>ona<strong>n dec<\/strong>ided to continue on the same idea: to create a social project more than a simple brand in order to have an impact on people&rsquo;s human conditions. Kevin lived in Vietnam for 5 years and was able to ensure that both the production and the condition of his employees was healthy at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/ngo-shoes-neonyt-berlin.jpg\" alt=\"ngo shoes neonyt berlin\" class=\"wp-image-1301\" width=\"492\" height=\"369\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their colle<\/em>c<\/strong>tion: leather\/suede, polyester and vegan shoes. Lea<br>ther sneakers are made with a tanner who has his own internal water treatment system to reduce water pollution. In addition, most of their leather is As far as polyester is concerned, N&rsquo;Go shoes promises to switch to recycled polyester as soon as possible is tanned without chrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Chromium is a very dangerous and harmful material for the environment. The brand has already helped build 3<strong> schools<\/strong>, the last of which in 2019. This project has resulted in the enrolling of nearly<strong> 160 students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bag-affair.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bag Affair<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">In business, nothing forbids having style while being true to its values. This is what Taiseer and Ronja<span style=\"color: var(--color-text);\"><strong>, the founders of Bag Affar, decide to apply<\/strong>. Their idea is part of a real need. They were looking for business bags that were not made of leather or PVC. They&rsquo;re looking at the men&rsquo;s lingerie market. They have a problem: the boxers did not meet their needs: the materials used were derivatives of plastic. So they launched in a first of the boxers that responded to a minimalist and environmental mode. F<br>ollowing the success of the boxers, women also wanted to see their range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Alexander, Christoffer and Mads then went to San Francisco to set up their project. They are launching a crowdfunding campaign that was funded in&#8230; 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>Their collect<\/em>io<\/strong>n: Their underwear is made from organic cotton produced in the first eco-friendly factory in Turkey. Their cotton also comes from factories in Portugal Today, elastane is still present in their collection but they are constantly looking to replace this material. The founders visit their factory every 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><em>They<\/em><\/strong> are 1% partners for<strong> the planet <\/strong>w<strong>h<\/strong>ose principle is to donate 1% of its turnover to environmental associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3d5549;\"><a style=\"color: #3d5549;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/shop.widda-berlin.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#90b2b2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Widda<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mademoiselleadelana.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/02\/img_5358.jpg\" alt=\"img_5358\" class=\"wp-image-1368\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">After winning a competition, Sabine, founder of the Brand Widda has access to free premises in which she will create her brand immediately after graduation. <em>\u00ab\u00a0A fashion brand wasn&rsquo;t the first thing I had in mind, in reality I didn&rsquo;t want to get into this type of sector that was too commercial for me for my liking\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><em><strong>Their collecti<\/strong><\/em>on: their clothes are produced in Germany and Poland.
