Je les ai re\u00e7u toutes vertes. Et ci-dessous, tu peux voir les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du murissement des bananes \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 21 degr\u00e9s. Je les ai mises \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de fruits bien m\u00fbrs telles que des pommes qui d\u00e9gagent <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne<\/strong>, un gaz inodore et incolore qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le processus de m\u00fbrissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Il n&rsquo;y a aucune diff\u00e9rence entre une m\u00fbrisserie et un m\u00fbrissement<br>Dans une m\u00fbrisserie, un gaz \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne sera diffus\u00e9 pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la maturation des fruits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adelana.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Webp.net-gifmaker-2.gif\" alt=\"diff\u00e9rents stades de m\u00fbrissement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante gebana\" class=\"wp-image-3298\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>La recette <\/strong>du cake \u00e0 la banane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h4><strong>Cake \u00e0 la banane<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">&#8211; 250g de bananes m\u00fbres gebana<br>&#8211; 120g de beurre demi-sel<br>&#8211; 70g de sucre de cannes brun<br>&#8211; 240g de farine<br>&#8211; 80g de cerneau de noix<br>&#8211; 1 bonne cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<br>&#8211; 2 oeufs<br>&#8211; 5cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"1024\" height=\"769\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adelana.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cake-banane-gebana-1024x769.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3284\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la vanille :<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">&#8211; Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le beurre mou avec le sucre en poudre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une pate homog\u00e8ne<br>-Ajoutez les bananes \u00e9crasez au m\u00e9lange<br>&#8211; Puis ajoutez les oeufs m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec la cr\u00e8me liquide dans le m\u00e9lange.<br>&#8211;
